The Sam Walsh Golf Outing will be held September 15th at the Downingtown Country Club, 93 Country Club Dr, Downingtown, PA 19335.

Golfers

• Single golfers – a boxed lunch, 18 holes with a golf cart, dinner, drinks, award ceremony ($200)
• Foursome golfers – a boxed lunch, 18 holes with a golf cart, dinner, drinks, award ceremony ($750)
• Reception only – dinner, drinks, and award ceremony ($60)
• 12:00 Registration/lunch, 1PM shotgun start, 5PM open bar, winner announcements, dinner

• Platinum Sponsor – Name on banner, recognition at reception, foursome ticket ($3000)
• Gold Sponsor – Name on banner, recognition at reception, foursome ticket ($1500)
• Silver Sponsor – Name on banner, recognition at reception, twosome ticket ($750)
• Bronze Sponsor – Name on banner, recognition at reception, single ticket ($500)
